In classical TCM, food as medicine, is based upon five principals of qualification: Heating, warming, neutral, cooling and cold foods.

All foods can be grouped between two energies: Yin / cooling – moisten the body & Yang / heating – drying the body. Preferably we consume a measured array of colors, tastes and energies: Sourced wisely, prepared deliciously, consumed in a beneficial manner.

For our consultation to be most effective and restore physiological harmony (organ, skin and activity) we have to communicate how disharmony influences the psychological balance.

Often, by trying to be informed we find that we’ve complicated our journey with multiple (best of) choices that conflict each other. With my expertise, I will guide you back on track.
